Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
