  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Cream Mixture: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Add the Fruit and Coconut: Gently mix the drained pineapple, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
