Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta salad perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a satisfying side dish. The combination of rotini pasta, crisp bacon, crunchy bell peppers, and a rich ranch-mayo dressing will have everyone coming back for seconds.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, and diced red onion to the bowl.
  • Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.

  • For added flavor, try using smoked or maple bacon.
