Description

This creamy shrimp and crab spinach dish combines succulent shrimp, tender crab meat, and fresh spinach in a rich, velvety sauce. Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in crab meat and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over pasta or rice, and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • This dish can be served over pasta, rice, or even on its own for a low-carb meal.
  • For a bit of spice, add some red pepper flakes while cooking.
