Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the flank steak horizontally to create a flat surface.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the flank steak.
  • Roll up the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the steak on all sides until browned.
  • Transfer the steak to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness.
