This Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta features tender chicken breasts in a rich, creamy sauce made with garlic, tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Served over fettuccine and garnished with fresh basil, it’s an indulgent and flavorful meal perfect for any occasion.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions

- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the tomatoes start to soften.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet with the creamy sauce.
- Serve the creamy Tuscan chicken sauce over the cooked pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, you can add a little more Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
- You can substitute the fettuccine with another pasta of your choice, such as penne or spaghetti.
