Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey (if using).
- Add the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and whisk until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk to emulsify the dressing.
- Stir in the minced garlic and dried oregano, if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
