Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4-inch thick).
- Place the potato strips in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the potatoes again to ensure they are well-coated with the seasoning.
- Place the seasoned potato strips into the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
