Description

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4-inch thick).
  • Place the potato strips in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the potatoes again to ensure they are well-coated with the seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned potato strips into the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once they’re golden brown and crispy, remove the fries from the air fryer and transfer them to a plate.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
