- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb potatoes
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken tenders in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, then coat them with bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken is baking, peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the potato fries in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
- Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the crispy chicken tenders with the fries, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- For extra crispy chicken tenders, you can refrigerate the breaded tenders for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can also season the fries with your favorite spices, such as paprika or garlic powder.
- If you prefer to make the fries healthier, bake them at 400°F on a separate baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
