This Crispy Roasted Cauliflower is a simple yet flavorful side dish. Roasted to perfection, it’s seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for a crispy, golden finish. Perfect as a side or snack for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower is crispy and browned.

Notes
