- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Transfer mixture to a crockpot and stir in shredded cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
