Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Crockpot recipe for cheeseburgers, combining ground beef, onions, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Perfect for a hearty meal with minimal effort!


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain.
  • Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  • Transfer mixture to a crockpot and stir in shredded cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve on hamburger buns.
