Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine sliced steak, onion, bell peppers, potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place half of the steak and vegetable mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded provolone cheese on top.
  • Repeat with the remaining steak and vegetable mixture, followed by the rest of the cheese.
  • Pour beef broth over the top of the mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce to the beef broth before cooking.
