Description

 

A creamy, comforting chili made with tender chicken, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes, all simmered in a crockpot. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for busy days and delivers rich flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add all other ingredients on top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.

Notes

  • You can add more chili powder or cumin if you prefer a spicier chili.
  • For a thicker chili, reduce the amount of broth or add more cream cheese.
  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions if desired.
