Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: Place ham, green beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  • Season: In a small bowl, mix thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  • Add Broth: Pour the broth over everything.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender and green beans are cooked to your liking.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot!
