- 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine steak, potatoes, cheddar cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a crockpot and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
