Description

This Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake is a savory and comforting dish featuring tender cubes of sirloin steak, baby red potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese, all slow-cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. A simple, hearty meal perfect for busy days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine steak, potatoes, cheddar cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a crockpot and spread evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy dish, sprinkle some additional cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking and let it melt before serving.
  • If you prefer a slightly crispier texture, you can broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes after it’s done cooking in the crockpot.
