- Three packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- Four cups of chicken broth
- One 8-ounce block of cream cheese
- One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- One pound of kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cream cheese starts to melt into the broth.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and pierogies to the slow cooker. Stir everything together to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until the pierogies are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir to incorporate.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
