Description

A hearty, comforting crockpot casserole combining the delicious flavors of cheddar pierogies, kielbasa, and creamy cheese, all slow-cooked to perfection. This dish is easy to make and perfect for a cozy meal with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • Three packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • Four cups of chicken broth
  • One 8-ounce block of cream cheese
  • One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • One pound of kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cream cheese starts to melt into the broth.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and pierogies to the slow cooker. Stir everything together to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until the pierogies are tender and the flavors are well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir to incorporate.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
