This Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Sausage is the ultimate comfort food. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with smoky kielbasa and tender cheddar pierogies, it’s a hearty and easy-to-make meal perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends. Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it do the work!
Ingredients

3 packages (approx. 12 count each) Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)

4 cups chicken broth

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb kielbasa, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the frozen pierogies in the bottom of a large slow cooker.

Add the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.

Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place it on top of the kielbasa.

Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
- Stir gently before serving to combine the creamy sauce with the pierogies and sausage.
Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Add sautéed onions or garlic for extra flavor.
