Description

These delightful crostinis combine the creamy richness of brie, the savory flavor of prosciutto, and the sweet tartness of cranberries, all drizzled with honey. Perfect for appetizers or a holiday snack!

Ingredients

  • Baguette, sliced
  • Brie cheese, sliced
  • Prosciutto, sliced
  • Dried cranberries
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until crispy.
  • Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of brie, prosciutto, and a few dried cranberries.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the brie is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use fresh cranberries as a substitute for dried cranberries for a fresher taste.
  • If you want extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Ensure the brie melts nicely, but don’t overcook the crostinis to maintain their crispy texture.
