A refreshing and crunchy salad that combines the earthy flavor of broccoli with the sweetness of apple, dried cranberries, and honey. This easy-to-make salad is perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
