- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the goat cheese into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each goat cheese ball into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the coated goat cheese balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil to the breadcrumb mixture.
