Description

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these fried goat cheese balls make a perfect appetizer or snack. Served with marinara sauce for dipping, they’re sure to impress at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Cut the goat cheese into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
  • In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each goat cheese ball into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the coated goat cheese balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil to the breadcrumb mixture.
