Description

A creamy, flavorful Cucumber Dip perfect for parties, veggies, or chips. This easy-to-make dip combines sour cream and mayonnaise with fragrant herbs and classic seasonings for a refreshing and savory treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed

  • 2 teaspoons Beau Monde™ seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

  • Stir in dried minced onion, parsley, dill weed, Beau Monde seasoning, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

  • Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips.

Notes

  • For a fresher taste, substitute dried herbs with fresh chopped parsley and dill (use about 1 tablespoon each).

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
