- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cookie dough chunks (raw or baked, depending on preference)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the chilled cheesecake.
- Top with cookie dough chunks before serving.
Notes
- You can use edible raw cookie dough or bake it slightly before using it as a topping for safety.
- For a more indulgent cheesecake, consider adding a swirl of the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese batter before baking.
