Description

This Decadent Cookie Dough Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert for cookie lovers. A rich and creamy cheesecake base sits atop a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, topped with gooey cookie dough chunks and a smooth, luscious chocolate drizzle. It’s a perfect combination of indulgence and irresistible flavors, making it a show-stopping treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cookie dough chunks (raw or baked, depending on preference)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the chilled cheesecake.
  • Top with cookie dough chunks before serving.

Notes

  • You can use edible raw cookie dough or bake it slightly before using it as a topping for safety.
  • For a more indulgent cheesecake, consider adding a swirl of the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese batter before baking.
  • This cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
