Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cook the Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Simmer: Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  • Add Flavors: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Add the white chocolate chips to the mixture and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Serve: Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy the cozy flavors of pumpkin and spice in every bite!
