Ingredients
- 2 lbs skirt steak
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 tsp garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp butter
- ½ cup chopped parsley

Prepare the Steak:
Season the skirt steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides. -
Cook the Steak:
In a large skillet or grill pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak and your desired level of doneness. Remove from the pan and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. -
Make the Garlic Butter:
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant but not burnt. -
Serve:
Drizzle the garlic butter over the rested steak, then sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
