Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tablespoon pickle juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ Tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and fresh dill (or dried dill) to the bowl. Stir to combine evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more pickle juice or garlic powder for extra flavor if desired.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a chunkier dip, leave some of the pickles in larger pieces.
- You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version of this dip.
- If you don’t have fresh dill, you can use dried dill, but fresh dill will provide a more vibrant flavor.
