Description

This Easiest No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake is a delightful and simple dessert that comes together in minutes! With a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and topped with sweet cherry pie filling, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion, no baking required!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.
