  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, or a mix), finely chopped

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and paprika. Mix well.

  • Place cod filets in a baking dish and season generously with salt and pepper.
