These delightful cookie bites are inspired by the classic Boston Cream Pie. With a soft cake base, creamy frosting, and a rich chocolate drizzle, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion.

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until well combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Spoon the frosting onto the tops of the cooled cookies.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frosting on the cookies.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker chocolate layer, add extra chocolate chips and drizzle more generously.
- Allow the frosting and chocolate to set completely before storing to prevent them from sticking together.
