- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- In a small bowl, mix the Frank’s Hot Sauce with the sliced chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of blue cheese or ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
- Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado to each tortilla.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
