Description

These Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a bold and flavorful meal, featuring juicy buffalo chicken paired with creamy blue cheese or ranch dressing, crunchy veggies, and creamy avocado. A delicious twist on the classic buffalo chicken, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla for the perfect on-the-go lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Frank’s Hot Sauce with the sliced chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread a tablespoon of blue cheese or ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado to each tortilla.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Serve the wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil for a portable meal.

Notes

  • If you prefer a milder version, use a less spicy hot sauce or reduce the amount of Frank’s Hot Sauce.
  • You can substitute the ranch dressing with a healthier option, like Greek yogurt, for a lighter wrap.
  • These wraps can also be served with a side of celery and more ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
