These Easy Cherry Pie Bites are a delightful, bite-sized version of a classic cherry pie. Made with simple ingredients like refrigerated pie crusts and canned cherry pie filling, these mini pies are quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion. Light, flaky, and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the pie crusts and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  • Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of half of the circles.
  • Top with the remaining circles and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
  • Place the pie bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • You can use other pie fillings like apple or blueberry if you prefer.
  • For extra flavor, brush the tops of the pies with a little melted butter before baking for a golden, shiny finish.
