Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of cheese (your choice, such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 oz salami slices
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the Cheese: Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  • Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add the cheese cubes, salami slices, and pickles to the bowl.
