- 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into small florets or ½-inch thick steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp ground paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets (or steaks) to the bowl and toss them to coat evenly with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as a side dish!
Notes
- For an extra kick, sprinkle some red pepper flakes before roasting.
- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice or grated Parmesan cheese after roasting for added flavor.
- This recipe can also be made with cauliflower steaks if you prefer larger pieces.
