Description

This Easy Stromboli Dinner Recipe is a quick and satisfying meal, perfect for any night of the week. Filled with a savory blend of ham, salami, and pepperoni, all wrapped up in pizza dough and baked to perfection. Serve it with marinara sauce for a deliciously cheesy, flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 12 thin slices ham
  • 15 slices salami
  • 1517 slices pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley

 

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the dough.
  • Layer the shredded mozzarella, ham, salami, and pepperoni in the center of the dough.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the top of the stromboli with the remaining melted butter and beat the egg with garlic powder, then brush it over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice.

 

  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • You can add extra veggies like bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
