- 1 pizza dough
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 12 thin slices ham
- 15 slices salami
- 15–17 slices pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the dough.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella, ham, salami, and pepperoni in the center of the dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the stromboli with the remaining melted butter and beat the egg with garlic powder, then brush it over the dough.
- Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
