Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cook Pork: In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
  • Add Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Cook Vegetables: Stir in cabbage and carrots, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  • Season the Filling: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  • Assemble Egg Rolls: Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto an egg roll wrapper, folding according to package instructions.
  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.

Notes
