  • 2 (16 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon coarse sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Cream cheese, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • Prepare the Seasoning Mix: In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion flakes, garlic flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Combine with Butter: Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  • Coat the Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters, place them in a resealable bag, and add the seasoning mix. Shake the bag until the biscuits are evenly coated.
  • Transfer to Bundt Pan: Pour the coated biscuit pieces into the greased bundt pan. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool and Invert: Allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting the monkey bread onto a serving platter.
  • Optional Topping: Drizzle melted cream cheese on top if desired.
