Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap or parchment paper and shape it into a log shape using your hands or a spatula, ensuring it’s firm and even.
- Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the log to hold its shape.
