Description

A spicy and savory ramen dish with tender chicken pieces, soaked in a creamy garlic sauce, and topped with fresh green onions for an irresistible kick. Perfect for those who love bold flavors!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

  • Add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.

  • Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  • Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the creamy sauce, and toss to coat.

  • Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and toss again.

  • Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more chili sauce or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

  • You can substitute the chicken breasts with chicken thighs for a juicier result.

  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can swap heavy cream with coconut milk.
