Description
A spicy and savory ramen dish with tender chicken pieces, soaked in a creamy garlic sauce, and topped with fresh green onions for an irresistible kick. Perfect for those who love bold flavors!
Ingredients
-
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon chili sauce
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
2 packs of instant ramen noodles
-
4 cups chicken broth
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
4 green onions, sliced
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
-
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
-
Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
-
Add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
-
Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
-
Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
-
Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the creamy sauce, and toss to coat.
-
Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and toss again.
-
Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
Notes
-
For a spicier kick, add more chili sauce or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
-
You can substitute the chicken breasts with chicken thighs for a juicier result.
-
If you prefer a lighter version, you can swap heavy cream with coconut milk.
