- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and snow peas. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the sauce mixture and cooked noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
