Indulge in a refreshing and fruity sangria that combines red wine, brandy, and a medley of fresh fruits, perfect for gatherings or a cozy evening at home.

- 1 bottle red wine (750 ml), preferably a fruity variety
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec)
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 pear, cored and sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3–4 cloves
- 2 cups sparkling water or soda, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Add the apple, pear, orange, and lemon slices, along with the pomegranate seeds.
- Drop in the cinnamon stick and cloves. Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or soda to the sangria. Stir gently.
- Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with other fruits like berries or stone fruits for added flavor and color.
