- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 bag Fritos
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the Fritos on the bottom.
- Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining Fritos, meat mixture, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with optional toppings and enjoy!
