Description

These rich and fudgy blondies combine the sweetness of white chocolate with the unique flavor of Biscoff cookie spread, creating a delightful treat that’s perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top. Use a knife to swirl the Biscoff into the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of extra Biscoff spread.
