- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top. Use a knife to swirl the Biscoff into the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
