Description

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream, vanilla extract, and rainbow sprinkles.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
