Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh sea scallops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and melted butter.
  • Place the scallops in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the scallops.
  • In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and topping is golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
