Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal the edges tightly, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
- Brush each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, buttery goodness!
Notes
- If you want an extra cheesy kick, you can add a little grated parmesan or Italian seasoning to the garlic butter.
- For a sweeter touch, try drizzling a little honey on top before serving for a sweet and savory combo.
- You can make these in advance and refrigerate them before baking; just add a couple extra minutes to the baking time.
