Description

These irresistible Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the ultimate comfort food. Each warm, soft biscuit is stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese, then brushed with a savory garlic butter glaze. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish, these cheesy bombs are sure to disappear fast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit dough and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  • Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal the edges tightly, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
  • Brush each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, buttery goodness!

Notes

  • If you want an extra cheesy kick, you can add a little grated parmesan or Italian seasoning to the garlic butter.
  • For a sweeter touch, try drizzling a little honey on top before serving for a sweet and savory combo.
  • You can make these in advance and refrigerate them before baking; just add a couple extra minutes to the baking time.
