Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Use kitchen shears to cut the top of the lobster shell.
- Gently pull the shell open and lift the lobster meat out, leaving the end of the tail attached.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
