Description

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender and juicy, cooked to perfection in a savory garlic butter sauce, served over creamy mashed potatoes. A comforting, quick, and flavorful meal that will impress your taste buds in just 35 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and butter. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the steak back to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
  • In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk.
  • Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to the mashed potatoes before serving.
  • You can substitute the sirloin steak with ribeye or tenderloin for a more premium cut.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
