Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual rounds and flatten each round with your hands to create a small disc.
- Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit round. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal the bombs.
- Place the filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy these cheesy, savory bombs!
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese before baking.
- Feel free to add a slice of cheddar cheese to the beef mixture for a gooey, cheesier filling.
- These are perfect for game day, parties, or as a delicious weeknight dinner!
