Description

These Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are a mouthwatering, savory snack or appetizer packed with all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a soft, golden biscuit dough. The ground beef, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, and garlic come together in a perfect bite-sized treat. Whether you’re feeding a crowd or just indulging in a delicious comfort food, these cheeseburger bombs are sure to impress!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Separate the biscuit dough into individual rounds and flatten each round with your hands to create a small disc.
  • Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit round. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal the bombs.
  • Place the filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy these cheesy, savory bombs!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese before baking.
  • Feel free to add a slice of cheddar cheese to the beef mixture for a gooey, cheesier filling.
  • These are perfect for game day, parties, or as a delicious weeknight dinner!
