These bite-sized, savory bombs are packed with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough and brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a party appetizer or fun snack.
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Cook beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly. -
Prepare biscuit dough:
Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle. -
Assemble bombs:
Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center of each dough circle. Add a cube of cheddar cheese and some diced Parmesan cheese on top. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. -
Bake:
Arrange stuffed dough balls seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. -
Bake for 15-18 minutes:
or until golden brown and cooked through. - Finish and serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.
