Description

These bite-sized, savory bombs are packed with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough and brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a party appetizer or fun snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat oven:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.

  • Prepare biscuit dough:
    Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.

  • Assemble bombs:
    Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center of each dough circle. Add a cube of cheddar cheese and some diced Parmesan cheese on top. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.

  • Bake:
    Arrange stuffed dough balls seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes:
    or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Finish and serve:
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of black pepper or Italian seasoning to the beef.

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
