  • 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Coating:
    • In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the Chicken:
    • Dip each chicken tender in the melted butter, then roll in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
