Description

These crispy and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are the perfect combination of savory, garlicky, and cheesy. Coated in a rich and creamy garlic parmesan sauce, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser for your next party or family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Wings:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings (flat and drum pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup butter (melted and at room temperature)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and hot sauce. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, garlicky, cheesy wings!

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, make sure to use a wire rack instead of directly placing the wings on a baking sheet.
  • Adjust the hot sauce to your desired spice level.
  • You can also cook these wings in an air fryer for even quicker results.
