Ingredients
Scale
For the Wings:
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings (flat and drum pieces)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- ⅓ cup butter (melted and at room temperature)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (freshly chopped)
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and hot sauce. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, garlicky, cheesy wings!
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, make sure to use a wire rack instead of directly placing the wings on a baking sheet.
- Adjust the hot sauce to your desired spice level.
- You can also cook these wings in an air fryer for even quicker results.
